Silvia is responsible for the Italian Market operations. Before joining Sodali, she worked 4 years in a leading Italian financial institution and focused on back office and middle office activities.
She has a degree in economics, with knowledge in private equity and venture capital operations, and attended a Master in Banking & Finance.
