Lisa Schneider is Sodali's Director of U.S. Institutional Investor Affairs. Based in New York, she manages the firm's strategy and relations with U.S. institutional investors.
Lisa is an accomplished corporate governance expert with more than a decade of legal and policy experience in corporate governance, securities regulation, environmental practices and institutional engagement with public companies.
Prior to joining Sodali, she served as General Counsel and Director of Policy and Corporate Governance for the North Carolina Department of State Treasurer. In this role, she worked collaboratively with institutional investors and regulators on issues such as executive remuneration, director election policies, board accountability, disclosure and transparency.
She holds a law degree from Tulane University and a bachelor of arts from the University of Miami, Florida, and is a member of the North Carolina and Florida State Bars.
