Justin is based in London and is responsible of developing Sodali's business in Continental Europe and the Nordic Region. He is also responsible for the development of special projects in Asia.
Prior to this, he spent 3 years as a Director of ISS (now RiskMetrics Group), with the task of leading the firm's Corporate business outside of North America. In this role, Justin spent most of his time advising Corporate Issuers on strategies to overcome potential equity and debt risk issues that stemmed from Environmental, Social and Governance matters that may have translated into resolutions at shareholder meetings.
Between 2003 and 2005, Justin led the Business Development at Mourant, concentrating on Mourant's Equity Compensation Solutions global, domestic and offshore services to the non - North American Corporations.
Prior to Mourant, Justin was a Director at Georgeson Shareholder, where - starting in May 1999 - he developed Georgeson's partnerships within EUMESA, developing strategies for listed and mutual companies' shareholder bases, in both the M&A environment and during ordinary and extraordinary shareholder meetings.
Justin also was instrumental in the Sydney and Johannesburg offices for Georgeson Shareholder.
