Andrea is a founder of Sodali and is the ultimate responsible for project execution and delivery.
With 15 years financial markets experience - of which 8 spent in the industry -, he has been responsible for starting and managing the European and Latin America operations for GSC Proxitalia - (Georgeson Group). During this period, he has been involved in more than 300 mandates including bond and equity corporate actions, ordinary and contested proxy solicitation, cross border takeovers and many other corporate actions.
