Louis Barbier
Louis is Sodali’s Senior Account Manager for France and French speaking countries.
He has extensive experience of the corporate governance practices of listed companies and understanding of the voting/tender mechanics in the French market.
Louis is a former account manager at US Proxy Solicitation firm Georgeson, where he has distinguished himself as an accomplished expert in successfully managing numerous AGM/EGM solicitation processes, high profile proxy fights and M&A transactions.
He holds a degree from the Rouen School of Management and a Master in Law. He started his career as a financial auditor at PWC in Paris and developed his consulting skills in top-tier strategy houses in London.
