Hernan Lopez

Hernan is based in Sodali’s New York office and he is the Regional Manager for Latin America. He joined Sodali from NASDAQ where he was Director for Latin America and responsible for developing the exchange’s business in the region. Hernan was before a Vice-President for The Bank of New York, managing relations of Latin American Corporate trust fixed-income accounts and was involved in many bond issuances in several countries in the region. Previously he had been involved in business development throughout Latin America and worked in major debt restructuring transactions such as TGS, Provincia de Buenos Aires, and Banco de Galicia (Argentina).

Hernan is a lawyer from Argentina where he practiced law as in-house counsel for different American Corporations. He also obtained degrees in Law at Pace University in New York, and also in Finance and Economics at Columbia University, New York.
