Hèléne Solignac
Hèléne Solignac is a Senior Member of our operational team. – Based in Paris, she is responsable for corporate governance issues (Institutions, Proxy advisors and investor associations) and the relations with French institucional investors.
Before joining Sodali she had developed her career as Board Secretary of the Crédit Lyonnais and then – as independent consultant – she has advised French companies in issues related to corporate governance, shareholder activism and the impact of regulation on cross-border voting.
