Alvise Recchi
Alvise is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sodali, as well as Director of Global Wealth Management, Sodali’s main shareholder.
Previously, as Managing Director and founding shareholder of GSC Proxitalia (in 1999), his responsibilities included developing the shareholder service business in European and Latin American markets, together with partner Georgeson Shareholder Communications Inc. Georgeson and Proxitalia were bought by Computershare in 2005.
He starts his career in 1993 at Credit Suisse dealing with the management and the distribution of financial products.
In 1994 he moves to INA Group where he deals with corporate finance and investor relations related to the listing, private placement, acquisition of Banco di Napoli and spin off of the real estate portfolio.
In 1998, he is called by Telecom Italia as Investor Relations manager.
He leaves the following year after the hostile takeover and change in management. Born in Rome, he obtained a Degree in Economics and completed his post graduate studies at Insead.
